5-Year Limited Warranty

Vault Sports Box products are built to handle the journey, but in the rare event something goes wrong, we’ve got you covered.

We offer a 5-year limited warranty against faulty parts and manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to non-commercial use of the bike box and requires proof of purchase.

The warranty is not transferable to other parties and a purchase receipt must be shown.

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, scuffs, worn wheels, etc.)

•  Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party shipping (e.g., airlines)

• Commercial use, including rental or loaning out the box

• Cosmetic damage not affecting functionality

Commercial Use:

• Approved hire companies receive a 2-year limited warranty

• Individuals lending or renting their Vault Sports Box to others will be considered commercial use and fall under the same 2-year warranty coverage
