Founded by Elliot Bach, NexGen Racing coaches endurance athletes with training programs tailored to each one, built to help them train smart, reach their goals and stay healthy.
Its specialties are triathlon coaching, swim stroke analysis, individual sport coaching and nutrition advice. Elliot leads a coaching team that includes assistant coaches Connor Readman and Natalie Prather.
