Does a Vault Pro fit?

Iberia publishes no maximum linear size for a bike; the Vault Pro is 102 in (length + width + height). Excess-weight fees start above 50 lb and the bag is refused over 70 lb. Packed with a 17 lb bike the Vault Pro is about 48 lb, inside the fee-free weight; gear packed around the bike adds to that.
